What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
- Manage daily operations within the hotel, fully focused on F&B, to keep us the UK’s number one
- Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
What you’ll need:
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong F&B background or a related field
