Duty Manager – Leeds / Bradford Airport Premier Inn Hotel

If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.

Location: Leeds / Bradford Airport Premier Inn, Victoria Avenue, Yeadon LS19 7AW

Salary & Contract

Pay rate up to £13.36 per hour

Contract type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

Hours: 32 hours a week – guaranteed hours to help you plan your week around!

Responsibilities

  • Manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Lead a team in a retail environment (where applicable) and apply leadership experience to daily operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain high standards of health & safety.
  • Communicate effectively and use organisational skills to coordinate tasks and priorities.
