We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

What you’ll do
Join our team at Marlborough Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience leading people in retail or other roles where you have successfully led teams.
- Knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
- Immediate start – with leadership experience relevant.
- Hours: 32 hours a week across 4 days, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Premier Inn Marlborough, Jennings Road, Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 4WL.
- Contract type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
