What you’ll do
Join our team at Witney Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
Experience in retail or other roles where you have successfully led people before; able to deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire others. Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
Pay and Contract

PAY RATE: Up to £13.36 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 30 hours a week across 5 days – evenings and weekends included
