  • Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
  • Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
  • Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
  • Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up. You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on. You don’t need hotel experience. Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. You might have worked as a:

  • Catering Assistant
  • Barista

  • Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before. What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

Why join Premier Inn?

Here you’ll learn far more than how to cook. You’ll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team. Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we’ll help you get there.
