Resourcing Partner- Direct Hire at Whitbread. Our Technology and Data team is all about creating, testing, and maintaining technology platforms, products, and services. We make sure systems run smoothly, perform well, and are always getting better to keep up with changing business needs.
Role
As the Business Change Manager, you will manage IT Business Change initiatives in the Hotels and Restaurants technology tower. You will support the development and delivery of the change management approach for our Ops task management solution (Whitbread’s Co Pilot) and other applicable technology changes across the H&R tower. You will work alongside the Senior Business Change Manager to evolve change methodologies to support a Product/Tower way of working across Whitbread.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be responsible for the execution of detailed and complex Change Plan with a key focus on quality comms, engagement and training materials and deliver Change into the organisation through advisory and application of best practices in change management
- Effectively identify and manage senior stakeholders in the interests of business change delivery as well as communicating progress on programmes / projects proactively and work with the respective functions and subject matter experts to deliver programme change in a joined-up manner with the wider business
- You’ll define and manage appropriate governance, controls and reporting and work collaboratively and support Project and Programme Managers, communicating progress to senior stakeholders and peers.
- Present business change initiatives / plans to the appropriate stakeholders and boards as required for steer, approval, costs and benefits and support and co-ordinate the definition through collaboration within the business including working and engaging with third parties internal / external to deliver project objectives
What you’ll need
- In-depth understanding of Business Change Methodology and lifecycle. Extensive experience in applying change management frameworks
- Extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder groups across a project lifecycle and influence at a senior level
- Demonstrated experience of managing and leading complex Business Change workstreams across technology enabled change programmes. Experience of leading & implementing Impact Assessments, Business Change Strategies, Communications planning and Business Readiness plans.
- Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
