Premier Inn Durham North is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the team and drive guest satisfaction for a fixed-term contract until 4 March 2027. You’ll be responsible for the daily operation of the hotel, championing Premier Inn standards and the safety of all guests and staff.
As the leader of the hotel, you’ll manage Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams, develop your people, and ensure service excellence across all departments while upholding brand values.
