Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across 2 hotels to ensure outstanding service, results, and compliance.
- Manage daily operations within the hotels, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain our position as the UK’s number one.
- Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels.
- Develop and coach Hotel Managers to deliver high-performing teams.
- Support regional plans and results, adhering to brand standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a complex or high-profile business with a hierarchical and matrix structure.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with multiple business partners.
- Proven ability to coach and develop large teams to meet business goals.
