What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and adherence to brand standards
• Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to maintain our status as the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel to maintain high-quality standards

What you’ll need:

• Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment leading a successful team
• Strong leadership, customer service passion, and excellent team management and communication skills
• A warm, genuine approach to people, capable of building trust and support at all levels
• Commitment to safety and high service standards
