Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (Buchanan Galleries) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to drive daily kitchen operations, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services. You will partner with the Hotel Manager to uphold food quality and hygiene, and shape a path towards Head Chef.
You’ll oversee stock, costs and service flow, prepare and serve meals to spec, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
