We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager, ideally an NMC Registered Nurse, to lead the daily operations of a high-quality nursing home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards and driving commercial performance.
This role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and business acumen, with a proven track record of managing a successful residential service, ideally with a care home/nursing home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Management
- Provide strong, visible leadership to the care team.
- Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including staffing, budgets, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and excellence in care.
- Support staff development, supervision, and performance management.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Work proactively towards achieving and maintaining a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC rating.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
