Overview of the role:
- Working within the Quality Team.
- Complete regular service reviews across care homes to ensure high standards are being met and maintained and identify areas of improvement where required.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required to complete service review visits across all services within the company.
- Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative changes relevant to the inspection of services.
- Produce reports, keeping spreadsheets and summaries up to date at specified intervals for the completion of quality reports.
- Support the Quality team with the development of Quality related work and projects.
- Assist in organising and attending events the Quality Team may be involved in.
- Attend regular quality meetings, complete minutes as required, and ensure any actions identified from the completion of the meeting are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide relevant information to the Director of Quality.
