This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, driven Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD home in Holbeach, currently supporting two young people and rated Good by Ofsted. You'll be joining a supportive leadership structure with an experienced Deputy and Regional Manager in place giving you the space, backing, and autonomy to grow the home to its full potential.

About the Organisation & Home
A therapeutic children's home for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex trauma backgrounds. Provides tailored support to children who have experienced early-life adversity or exploitation, helping them rebuild trust and achieve long-term stability. Access to an extensive clinical and specialist support network, including psychologists, therapists, exploitation and harmful behaviour advisors, and therapeutic trainers. A nurturing, forward-thinking organisation built on values of integrity, care, and collaboration, where leaders are empowered to deliver outstanding outcomes. Proven culture of internal progression many senior leaders started as Support Workers or Deputies.
About the Role
- Lead with empathy, accountability, and resilience - ensuring exceptional care tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and stable home environment.
- Support and empower your team through coaching, supervision, and professional development.
- Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance to meet and exceed Ofsted standards.
- Manage budgets, care planning, and occupancy with a focus on outcomes and sustainability.
- Work collaboratively with clinical specialists, families, and local authorities.
- Drive a child-centred, trauma-informed culture built on trust, consistency, and emotional warmth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar children's residential care setting at senior level.
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or currently working towards).
- Sound knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding best practice.
- Experience managing budgets, compliance, and staff development.
- Ability to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota.
