Dual Registered Manager, We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of these homes.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing:

1 x 2-bed home
-
1 x 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home
These are brand-new homes, requiring an experienced professional with a strong track record in setting up residential care services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all Ofsted regulations., + Oversee the daily operations of both homes, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver outstanding care.

Ensure both homes meet and exceed Ofsted standards, aiming for Good or better ratings.

Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, social workers, and regulatory bodies.

Monitor budgets and manage resources efficiently.

Previous dual registration experience in residential childcare.

Proven experience setting up and registering new homes with Ofsted.

A Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a history of achieving good ratings.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet the needs of the homes.
