This Deputy Manager opportunity gives you the chance to step into a warm, supportive and established home, backed by a national organisation known for progression and development. - Sleep-ins at £62.64 each – £3,000 – £6,500 a year

About the Role
- Support the Home Manager with daily operational leadership
- Lead and mentor the staff team, modelling best practice
- Support young people aged 8-18 to feel safe, valued and understood
- Help create and maintain a therapeutic, structured environment
- Support with rotas, staffing, recording and Ofsted compliance
- Take responsibility during the Manager\’s absence
- Encourage staff development and positive team culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service development
Requirements
- 2 years\’ experience in a residential children\’s home (Senior or Deputy)
- Level 3 or 4 Children & Young People qualification
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Experience with staffing, rotas and basic budgeting
- Motivated, proactive and confident in leading a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexible to work long day shifts and sleep-ins
