What You’ll Be Doing
As a Risk Management Surveyor, you will carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to support safe, compliant construction on projects registered under operating within the MGA Inspection Services established brands Premier Guarantee & LABC Warranty. This is a field-based role where you will inspect new-build and newly converted buildings, ensuring work aligns with the Technical Manual and Building Regulations.

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years’ experience in construction, surveying, inspection or a similar technical role
- RMS level 1,2& 3, If RMS L1, demonstrating a willingness to progress to Chartered (Member level) & Class 2b Competent under the Building Inspector Competency Framework
- Good understanding of Building Regulations, site inspections and defect identification
- Experience working with developers, builders or construction stakeholders
- Comfortable using MS Office and mobile devices
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to travel across multiple sites (reasonable adjustments welcomed)
