Premier Guarantee is seeking a proactive Claims Handler to join our Operations team in the Birkenhead Head Office. You will manage a caseload of Structural Warranty claims, liaising with policyholders and internal teams to ensure fair, timely outcomes in line with FCA regulations.
Working closely with Claims Team Leaders and external partners, you will gather evidence, assess coverage, set reserves and progress claims from initial notification to resolution while delivering excellent customer service.
