Job Description
Job Title: Senior Designer
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
My client are an established interior design studio specialising in hospitality and hotel design, who are now looking for a Senior Designer to join them, as they continue to grow.
As a Senior Designer, you will have at least 6 experience in the hospitality and F&B design sector, with a proven track record of contributing to projects from concept through to completion.
This role will focus on the soft refurbishment of a hotel, including the Lobby Lounge, Bar, and Dining Room. They need someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of FF&E and F&B.You will also need to be a leader and motivator, as you'll manage a small team of designers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design direction for the hotel’s public areas
- Select and specify FF&E items appropriate to the brand and brief
- Produce schematic drawing
- Collaborate closely with the senior design team to ensure cohesive, thoughtful design
- Translate conceptual ideas into presentation boards and detailed drawings
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years experience in interior design, ideally within hospitality or hotel sectors
- F&B experience is essential
- Strong FF&E knowledge with a great eye for materials, furniture, finishes and styling
- Confident working independently and meeting deadlines
- Experience in managing a small team, starting with a minimum +3 individuals
- Bring dynamic and positive energy to the team and projects.
- Inspire, motivate, and lead your team with confidence.
- Communicate with confidence when engaging with Directors, Clients and Consultants.

They are based in London and can offer a hybrid working model, with 2/3 days in office a week (depending on work load).
