My client is an exciting and growing full-service Digital Marketing Agency who, due to internal promotion and growth, are now looking to further expand their already strong team by adding a Senior Designer to report into the Lead Designer.
As the Senior Designer, you will play a key role in leading the creative direction of the studio. Your main responsibility will be to consistently produce high-quality creative concepts and designs for all projects, with a focus on exceeding the expectations of the brief and delivering innovative results. Your expertise will enable you to efficiently generate concepts, inspire the team, and provide valuable input to projects.
Specifically, your work will involve creating visually appealing strategies for omnichannel projects like brand development and campaign creation. This will involve collaborating in group meetings to define project goals and deliverables with important stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will come with the following experience:
- Proven previous experience in a similar position
- A clear ability to produce high-level, engaging design
- Expert visualisation skills and execution
- Demonstrating a current and relevant style to work across digital and social media output
- Ideation and problem-solving skills to answer briefs with excellent results
- Agency experience is required
- Understanding of how agencies work, the energy and agility required to meet demands and tight deadlines
- Understanding of how to collaborate and drive creative ideas forwards with other disciplines across the design spectrum
- High-level experience in similar agency roles, with current and relevant experience in delivering branding and campaigns on a daily basis
