Business Leader working with Engineers across the UK
TERM β Permanent
SALARY β Β£35,000 to Β£45,000 per annum (plus commission and benefits)
My client is a specialist in the engineering and manufacturing of components for the medical sector . They are looking to grow their commercial team by hiring a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the medical device and healthcare industries , reporting into their office in Welwyn Garden City .
The Sales Executive will ideally have the following attributes:
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing sales , ideally within the medical or healthcare sectors
- Strong understanding of technical product sales and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and clients effectively
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- A technical qualification or engineering background is desirable
The Sales Executive role will involve:
- Developing new business opportunities in medical manufacturing markets
- Managing and growing key customer accounts
- Liaising with internal engineering and production teams to support customer requirements
- Preparing and delivering quotations and proposals
- Attending industry events and customer visits to promote company capabilities
