My client is a Global Production Agency, specializing in delivering exceptional creative solutions for their clients throughout a range of various industries & locations. With a strong reputation for excellence, they collaborate with leading brands to create impactful and innovative visual content.

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production professionals, including producers, project managers, and production coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, client services, and post-production, to develop and execute project plans that align with the client\’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are executed within scope and delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of best practices and production efficiencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and production tools to continuously enhance our capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation within the team.

They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer between £80,000 – £95,000, depending on background and experience.
