Product Designer
Location: Manchester, In-Person (5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
A growing tech business is looking for a talented Product Designer to join their team. You’ll shape the user experience of a B2B SaaS platform used by global airlines, while also supporting the creation of marketing assets, sales materials, and visual brand identity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on products impacting millions of airline passengers worldwide.
About the Role:
- Design and iterate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and dashboards in Figma to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Map and test user flows for complex airline ancillaries and passenger journeys.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, high-performing designs.
- Conduct usability testing with real customers and apply feedback to improve flows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive implementations.
- Support sales and marketing with visually striking decks, graphics, animations, and videos.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity and design standards across all touchpoints.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of professional design experience (freelance considered if demonstrably professional).
- Strong UI/UX portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience designing for data-heavy dashboards, SaaS tools, and multi-step user journeys.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for developer handoff.
- Bonus: experience with Webflow/Lovable for interactive prototypes.
- Experience creating presentations, marketing assets, and social visuals.
- Some skills in video editing (Premiere Pro) and animation tools (After Effects, Blender).
