LOCATION- Worthing

SALARY- £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Premier Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well-established engineering company based in Worthing . This role involves the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for a range of applications, working closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
- Experience designing sheet metal, plastic, or machined components
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings
- Understanding of DFM/DFA principles and industry standards
