I am working with a world leading Production Agency who are now seeking a proactive and experienced Global Treasury Manager (EMEA), ideally with knowledge of major marketing networks, who is ready for their next opportunity. Previous experience in a private equity environment would be valuable but is not a requirement. This position is ideal for someone looking to transition from regional treasury management to a global role.
The small central treasury team consists of three members, including a project lead for integration. The role will have two direct reports, both offshore. Collaboration with regional finance teams managing local banking transactions is essential, as the treasury partner will need to influence and lead without direct line management. The global finance team comprises proactive individuals and relies on several offshore roles. With a strong focus on process improvement supported by recent integration efforts, we are looking for a treasury leader to finalise the integration and drive efficient global processes. This is an exciting time in the industry, as technology enhances both client delivery and finance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation & review of Monthly & weekly cash flow worksheet for CFO
- Preparation & review of Monthly FX hedges
- Review of FX position of all entities & Clear down of FX position
- Review Cash Position for all EMEA entities
- Review of all entity actuals in the Adaptive software system
- Review of worldwide cash forecast (FY and 13 Week)
- Weekly Regional cash calls Americas /APAC (Individual entities)
- Administrator on several banking relationships
- Review & Payments of Worldwide Intercompany positions. Automated Intercompany Netting scheduled to be implemented in Q2.
They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer between £80,000 - £90,000, depending on background and experience.
