LOCATION – Buckinghamshire TERM – Permanent SALARY – £55,000 – £65,000 per annum A Buckinghamshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: HNC or equivalent/ higher electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline. Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package. Good experience & understanding of PLCs, servos & motors, gearboxes etc. Previous electrical design experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar. Good experience troubleshooting electrical & control systems. Full UK driving license. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. The duties & responsibilities will include: Managing the full design project from conception through to installation. Producing design documentation & schematics. Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times Providing support to other engineers when required. Liaising closely with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
