Job Title: Creative Director

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

My client is an exciting and growing marketing agency who are looking to grow their design team by adding a creative director. Their client base is a range of both smaller local business and bigger blue-chip clients, including Coca-Cola, Admiral, Adidas & many many more! If you're looking for a fast-paced diverse role then this is an amazing opportunity for you!

They are looking for a multidisciplinary Creative capable of delivering high-quality design on any brief they pick up. You will need to manage and guide a team of designers to help harness & grow their creativity. You will be directing the conception, creation and execution of outputs across fully integrated projects – all channel comms, campaign advertising, experiential and environmental.

The ideal candidates will come with the following experience

  • Previous proven experience in a similar position
  • Experience creating concepts that meet performance goals
  • Extensive experience using the full adobe creative suite
  • Working in an agency environment is a real bonus
  • Experience and a passion for pitching & winning new business
  • IDEAS, IDEAS, IDEAS!

With an office in the centre of London they offer a flexible hybrid working model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home, as well as flexible working hours. Their culture is on point!
