Role: Freelance Designer (Contractor)

Day Rate: £150–£250

Location: Brighton

Contract Length: 3 months (with potential to extend)

I’m working with a creative team who are on the lookout for a talented Freelance Designer to support them on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where your ideas are valued and where no two days are the same. Whether it’s social assets, pitch decks, or event visuals, you’ll be helping bring the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create standout visuals across digital, social, print, and presentations
  • Deliver assets for marketing campaigns, client decks, events, and internal use
  • Interpret creative briefs and turn them into polished, on-brand design solutions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
  • Work with marketers, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced setting

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house)
  • A strong, versatile portfolio across digital and print
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma or Canva is a bonus
  • Great communication and time management
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of briefs
  • Bonus points for animation/motion skills (After Effects or similar)
