Role: Business Change Manager
Location: Winchester
Salary: up to £50,000
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home
We are looking for a Change Manager who will work on developing the business planning, scope and implementation and enable the successful delivery of the new digital initiatives within the company.
You will develop high-level change strategies along with the organisational goals and work closely with stakeholders to ensure engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change assessments to inform change management strategies and frameworks
- Develop business cases for change
- Provide guidance through expertise and ensure engagement across the organisation
- Manage risks associated with the initiatives
- Track and monitor the effectiveness
- Be a champion for continuous improvement
- Design and implement training plans
What you\’ll need:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to adapt depending on the audience
- Strong organisational skills and familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Ability to identify and assess the impact of change
- Experience in organisational transformation
- Stakeholder Management
- Professional qualification such as: Prince2, APMG, Prsci, APM or similar
In return for the successful Change Manager, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid working solution of 3 days on-site at the Winchester-based office and 2 days from home. The successful Change Manager can expect a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
