Job Title: Freelance Booking and Talent Assistant / Coordinator

Location: London, Hybrid

Contract: Initial 3-Month Freelance Contract (potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Join a global advertising agency and be at the forefront of creative innovation as a Booking and Talent Assistant / Coordinator on a freelance basis. My client are looking for an organised, proactive and people-savvy individual to support their busy production and creative resource teams.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong coordination skills , a keen eye for detail , and a genuine interest in the creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bookings and resourcing team in scheduling and coordinating creative staff across multiple projects
  • Manage freelance talent bookings, ensuring contracts, rates, and availability are tracked accurately
  • Maintain internal systems and trackers to ensure up-to-date resource allocation
  • Liaise with department leads to understand workflow needs and project timings
  • Troubleshoot conflicts or last-minute changes with agility and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a bookings, resourcing, or coordination role (preferably within a creative, advertising, or production environment)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator who thrives under pressure
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools or resource management systems (experience with Paprika, Traffic LIVE, or similar is a plus)
  • Able to hit the ground running and available for the full 3-month period
