My client is seeking a leader to join their expanding Healthcare Practice, focusing on enhancing daily account operations, line management, business strategy, and growth initiatives. They are looking for an experienced Director or Associate Director with a strong background in Commercial Healthcare, ideally with consultancy agency experience and/or direct involvement in the Healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of current events and the healthcare landscape and an understanding of how they provide context for clients’ and the business.
- Lead client programmes and meetings bringing to bear experience including product launches, brand positioning, omnichannel and market access strategies.
- Have extensive experience from a similar role in a fast-paced promotional communications environment (in-house or agency).
- Have the ability to spearhead new business ventures and propel existing accounts, fuelled by a commitment to excellence and business development.
- Possess a passion for management and nurturing talent.
