My client is one of the largest and most respected Global Production Agencies, and they’re now looking to bring on board an Account Director to work with one of their most exciting clients in the entertainment and lifestyle sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bold, creative, and fast-paced campaigns with a client that thrives on innovation and high-impact visuals.
As Account Director, you’ll play a vital role in supporting global B2B and B2C organisations by creating engaging marketing assets across a variety of formats. You’ll oversee delivery across campaigns, ensure high-quality service, and build long-term, trusted relationships with clients. A solid background in production, a deep understanding of agency workflows, and a passion for exceptional client service are all key.
You’ll also be involved in shaping global campaigns, ensuring they’re tailored to local markets while delivering consistent, strategic messaging across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience in a similar role within advertising or marketing production
- Strong experience across multiple campaign formats — digital, print, social, press, and activations
- Previous line management experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced productions to tight deadlines
- Confidence in handling strategic briefs and ensuring delivery aligns with client goals
- A track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns
- Deep curiosity and knowledge of the client’s sector and business
This role is based in Southampton with a flexible hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Salary is £65,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.
