Role: Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Advanced hardware design expertise: digital, analogue, and RF hardware design (including high-speed signal design, RF, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations).
- Strong debugging and testing skills: hands-on use of oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers to validate and troubleshoot hardware.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer: schematic capture and PCB layout creation.
- Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration: managing complex product development from concept to production while working with software, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams.
- Mentorship and technical guidance: providing support and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
