Here at Premier Group, we are searching for a driven individual to join our Reading office as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work within our Creative division specialising in everything from Client Services, Designers, Digital Marketing, Content and Communications.

About the Role:
- Have at least a year’s proven experience working within the Creative market
- Track record of success
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends
- Maintain a keen interest in Business Development
- Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
- Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
