I’m currently working for a global powerhouse within the technology space who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Central London. The company operate across multinational sectors and industries such as energy, digital solutions, social infrastructure, electronics and cyber security where they provide process automation support. Having diversified their strategy with numerous product launches this year, they are now looking to grow their Sales teams to build their portfolio heading into 2025.

Both roles directly relate to 2 new process automation products which are all based with IT services so coming from an IT Sales background (ideally SaaS) would be essential for the role. They are also looking for someone who has ambitions to lead a small sales team which will naturally grow heading into next year.

The Role – Sales Manager

  • Field Based. Mainly London & South-East England. London – once/twice a week in the office.
  • Implement sales strategies to tap into new markets across the IT sector.
  • Lead a Sales team of 3 which will expand into 2025.
  • Come from a B2B Sales background with ideal experience selling SaaS products.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Main focus being on developing new accounts in UK and Europe.

Accountabilities

  • Develop a Sales strategy and 6month plan to exceed targets.
  • Lead a productive Sales team and deliver training where needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships both existing and new.
  • Analyse Sales performance metrics and identify areas to improve both personal and team.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven success with SaaS products – ideally selling to large clients.

Package

  • Basic Salary: £55,000.
  • Travel Allowance: £5,100
  • On Target Earnings: £80,000-£100,000
  • Benefits : 25 Days Holiday + Buy up to 30, Bonus Scheme, Dental & Healthcare, Gym/Costco membership, EAP.
