Hours: 38.5 hours per week (half day Friday)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with strong CMM experience to support inspection activities in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional inspection using CMM equipment
  • Program and operate CMM (e.g. Mitutoyo, Hexagon)
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
  • Carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspections
  • Use manual inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, height gauges)
  • Record, analyse, and report inspection results
  • Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis
  • Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven Quality Inspector experience
  • Hands-on CMM programming and operation (essential)
  • Strong drawing interpretation and attention to detail
