An Award-Winning SaaS client of ours is looking to bring on a sales-minded and focused Account Manager to take ownership and support their portfolio of direct and third-party customers.

This role will combine Account Management with Sales and Customer Success and you will take the lead looking after key direct customers that include large household names. You will use opportunities to upsell to the portfolio of customers, but this will not be a pure sales-focused role. Your responsibilities will be to manage the strategic customer relationships and ensure customers gain maximum value from their platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing relationships with key strategic customers and 3PL partners
  • Leading regular customer reviews, progress meetings, and commercial discussions
  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities
  • Managing sales pipelines and supporting revenue growth targets
  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence product improvements and enhancements
  • Working closely with Product, Delivery, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Delivering customer demos, training sessions, and ongoing account support
  • Translating technical information into clear, customer-friendly communication
  • Supporting customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, opportunities, and customer activity updates
  • Assisting with customer communications, release updates, and supporting collateral where required
Key Skills:
  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
  • Experience within eCommerce, logistics, or 3PL environments preferred
  • Confident managing pipelines, stakeholders, and customer expectations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

You'll be a team player that is comfortable working closely in a small team within an employee-driven organisation that whilst well established in their market are continuing to grow.

In return the successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 + commission and annual bonuses.
