Engineering Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, or Senior Engineering leadership position.

Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.

Experience delivering engineering projects within budget and agreed timescales.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
-
Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, engineering services, or a related technical environment is highly desirable.

Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards relevant to engineering operations.
Requirements

Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leadership role.

Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven track record of delivering engineering projects successfully.
