Job Title: Digital Strategist
Location: Central London, hybrid (2 days in the office a week)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
My client are an award-winning, full-service agency, who after a period of growth they are now looking to onboard a Digital Strategist.
They focus on employment communications that create inspiring communication strategies to connect organisations with their colleagues and potential candidates with the goal to build affection between companies and their employees, helping them to thrive and succeed.
Day-to-day…
- Develop strategies across paid media, organic channels, social media, and careers sites, ensuring balanced attention across all platforms.
- Use tools such as GA4, Campaign Manager, Looker and Hotjar to analyse performance, providing clients with actionable insights.
- Lead CRO initiatives for careers sites, ensuring these digital assets deliver optimal user journeys.
- Advise on and implement valuable tools and software that enhance the agency’s service offering.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Media, UX, Social Media, Development and Creative to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
The ideal candidate will come with the following experience
- Strong experience in digital strategy development across paid media, organic channels, social media, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficient in the Google Marketing Suite (GA4, Campaign Manager, Search Console), with a strong ability to build reports in Looker.
- Knowledge of SEO tools
- Experienced in website performance and user journey analysis; experience with careers sites will be an advantage
- Confident working in tandem with and presenting to C-suite individuals
They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home a week. Salary-wise they can offer a base salary of up to £65,000 depending on background and experience.
