Formwork & Civil Engineering Contractors. Our Premier Forest site in Hull is looking to recruit a Yard Operative. The successful candidate will be a hard-working and reliable individual, demonstrate a proactive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure all area orders are picked correctly and on time.
  • Ensure picking notes are completed accurately.
  • Check and complete loading manifests correctly.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure stock is correctly identified and returned to the correct bin location.
  • Report any issues that may affect Certified Stock/Chain of Custody to the Area Foreman.
  • Ensure the good returned procedure is followed.
  • Record and report any damaged or poor-quality materials to the Area Foreman or relevant Product Champion.
  • Ensure all stock is rotated correctly.
  • Ensure you are fully optimised at all times.
  • Load and unload vehicles as directed.
  • Be flexible and cover other duties as required, including overtime, assisting in other areas, and driving (where qualified).
  • Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
