Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join our Duchy Timber site in Lostwithiel, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience to play a key role in supporting business growth, managing customer relationships, and maximising sales opportunities across our product range. You will work closely with internal teams and operational staff, delivering excellent customer service while proactively driving sales performance.
What you will be doing…
- Handle incoming sales enquiries efficiently, including checking stock availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all sales administration is accurate and up to date to support timely customer deliveries.
- Liaise with operational teams to track stock levels and delivery updates.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and rapport.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales across the product range.
- Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
