Join Project Venice, a major transformation programme reshaping sauce manufacturing processes. We are seeking an experienced Factory Readiness Manager to ensure the Worksop factory is fully prepared for the changes implemented by the programme, enabling smooth adoption across all workstreams. This is a high-impact role, central to the success of Project Venice, coordinating readiness activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum operational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a detailed factory readiness plan aligned with Project Venice milestones
- Coordinate readiness activities across all workstreams, covering processes, equipment, systems, and workforce readiness
- Ensure operational changes are fully tested, validated, and documented before implementation
- Liaise with production, maintenance, quality, H&S, and logistics teams for alignment
- Support delivery of training programmes and ensure workforce competency
- Provide regular updates to the Change Manager and Project Director on readiness status, risks, and issues
- Facilitate readiness workshops, reviews, and go/no-go assessments
What You'll Bring
