We're now looking for a Customer Account Manager - Wholesale to join our Grocery team within the Sweet Treats business unit. In this role, you'll take full ownership of key wholesale grocery customers, developing and delivering joint business plans that drive sustainable, profitable growth for both Premier Foods and our customers.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you'll combine strong customer relationships, P&L ownership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results in a warm, people-first environment.
- Owning and delivering Joint Business Plans across key wholesale customers, including Bestway, Unitas, NBC and Sugro
- Managing full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth for both Premier Foods and customers
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with buying groups and individual members
- Leading promotional planning and negotiations, ensuring activity is delivered, evaluated and optimised
- Driving accurate sales forecasting, working closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Forecasting teams
- Managing pricing structures and delivering cost increases in line with commercial guidelines
- Coaching and developing Customer Account Executives within the wholesale team
Proven commercial experience within FMCG, grocery or wholesale environments
- Strong P&L management and commercial awareness
- Experience of building and delivering Joint Business Plans
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent planning, organisation and time-management capability
- A growth-oriented, curious approach, aligned to Premier Foods values
