As a Transformation Programme Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping to deliver this change. Working at the centre of the organisation, you’ll support enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, ensuring strategic plans are translated into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

This is a high‑profile opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to major initiatives across the business, including M&A integration, end‑to‑end process improvement and strategy development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and evolving PMO activity to support delivery of the Enterprise Plan and transformation programmes
  • Establishing clear governance, tracking and reporting to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
  • Managing programme actions, investment approvals and progress tracking across multiple initiatives
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify risks, remove barriers and maintain delivery momentum
  • Supporting M&A integration activity, tracking workstreams and providing high-quality analysis and insight
  • Contributing to end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and HR
  • Owning key workstreams, identifying challenges, defining solutions and supporting implementation
  • Supporting the annual strategy refresh process, delivering insightful analysis and clear recommendations
  • Helping to embed a more consistent and effective approach to transformation across the organisation
  • Contributing to the development of a PMO centre of excellence, driving best practice and continuous improvement

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrable experience across corporate and/or consulting environments
  • Strong programme or project management capability in a multi-functional setting
  • Proven experience of working within structured governance frameworks
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of key financial drivers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Ability to think end-to-end, understanding how functions connect across the business
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities at pace
  • Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and a continuous improvement focus
