Technical Operator – Temporary

What you could be doing
- Preparing and batching ingredients used in our products.
- Setting up and operating machinery that mixes or cooks our products.
- Setting up and operating machinery that fills our well‑known packaging with our products.
- Performing routine maintenance and basic tasks to support our Engineering team.
- Important quality checks on our products at different stages in the production process.
- General hygiene of machinery and working areas – following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Working Hours
3 shift rotation – days 06:00 – 14:00, afternoons 14:00 – 22:00, nights 22:00 – 06:00, over a 3‑week rolling fixed shift pattern.
Annual Salary
£36,488 (inclusive of 3 shift allowance).
What we need from you
- Self‑motivated.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments as and when required.
- Good attention to detail.
- A high level of technical ability.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in FMCG / manufacturing.
- Health & Safety qualifications.
- Food safety qualifications.
- FLT licence.
- GCSE Maths or equivalent.
- GCSE English or equivalent.
