Job Title Technical Compliance Administrator Location Ashford, TN24 0LU Salary Up to £30k per annum dependant on experience Hours Full Time – 37.5 hours per week As our next Technical Compliance Administrator, you will assist the Technical Compliance Manager in delivering the strategy plan for achieving all aspects of technical and compliance QMS. Your remit will be the first point of contact for all customer queries to investigate and respond. You are passionate to drive communication in food safety across the site. The Key Requirements… Support the Technical Compliance Manager in closing out actions raised during customer approval, 1st production and maintenance audits in addition to Third party and CMS audits. Complete GMP and QMS audits as per schedule and ensure actions are raised/closed out Actively manage customer complaints Write up reports, responding to general enquiries and early warning investigations and issuing site responses to the Careline within agreed timelines. To support the site in carrying out adhoc GMP audits to ensure audit readiness Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites especially Microsoft Excel Knowledge of food manufacturing and Quality Systems would be an advantage In conjunction with the Technical Compliance Manager, maintain documentation and document control system on site to comply with CMS Standard, BRCGS and Customer Codes of Practice.
