What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining and delivering a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive outperformance and sustainable growth across all online customers and categories.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing team of five, creating a people‑first environment that encourages learning, innovation and ownership of career paths.
  • Championing best‑in‑class digital execution, embedding eCommerce capability across the organisation and influencing stakeholders through insight and collaboration.
  • Setting clear KPIs and action plans, using data and insight to optimise performance and deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • Driving excellence across the digital shelf, retail media and PPC strategy, working closely with agency partners to maximise visibility and conversion.
  • Identifying, testing and scaling new growth opportunities to future‑proof the channel, from emerging platforms to new routes to market.
  • Owning the P&L for Grocery pureplay accounts, delivering against turnover, profitability and innovation targets.

What we need from you:

  • Proven eCommerce experience within FMCG, with strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of the digital path to purchase.
  • A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate insight into impactful action.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience developing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals, including search, digital shelf and content optimisation.
  • Experience managing agencies and working with key tools such as Brandbank, Profitero and Circana.
