Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Development Chef role based in Sheffield. In this position, you will innovate and create new recipes and products to meet market demands, customer preferences, and company goals. You will work closely with food technologists, marketing teams, and production teams to ensure recipes are practical, scalable, and aligned with brand standards. You will lead culinary presentations, conduct tastings, and continually explore food trends to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers to source quality ingredients and contribute to the development of marketing concepts for new products.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including recipe development, menu creation, and a solid understanding of flavor profiles and food preparation techniques
- Experience collaborating with food technologists, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams
- Ability to analyze food trends, customer preferences, and market demands to design innovative product concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for product demonstrations and tastings
