You’ll lead our Waitrose Grocery business while also developing our presence within Marks & Spencer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own full P&L responsibility, delivering against key financial targets
  • Lead the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional strategies
  • Drive supplier planning that unlocks growth through strong execution
  • Lead internal and external performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Negotiate and deliver impactful promotional programmes and range plans
  • Drive innovation and NPD success, using strong influencing and selling skills
  • Deliver accurate forecasts in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Category to close distribution gaps and win new business
  • Ensure pricing and promotional strategies are effectively executed
  • Manage account planning, financial tracking and commercial performance
