We’re looking for a commercially astute, results‑driven Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in driving growth for one of the UK’s most iconic and much‑loved brands – Mr Kipling on a 12 month FTC. Mr Kipling is a c.£200m RSV brand with ambitious growth plans. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key areas of the brand portfolio, shaping strategy and delivering growth through quality improvements, compelling innovation and standout activation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FMCG marketer who combines strong commercial acumen with creativity, strategic thinking and a passion for bringing brilliant ideas to life.

What you'll be doing?

  • Brand & business leadership
  • Full P&L responsibility for your areas of ownership, including monthly performance reporting and identifying key drivers of growth
  • Monitoring market and competitor performance to identify risks, opportunities and actionable insights
  • Shaping annual brand plans and contributing to longer‑term (3-year) brand strategy
  • Innovation & project leadership
  • Defining and leading the innovation strategy across your portfolio
  • Owning EPD (flavour and variant extension) innovation projects from initial concept through to launch
  • Managing the Stage & Gate process, including P&L ownership and internal stakeholder alignment
  • Developing launch plans and compelling retailer sell‑in stories in partnership with Sales
  • Brand communication & activation
  • Helping define events and activation strategy for a major year ahead
  • Working cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality execution across campaigns and initiatives
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Category, Finance, Operations, Packaging and R&D
  • Presenting to retail buyers to influence ranging decisions and improve in‑store execution

What we need from you?

  • Proven experience already operating at Senior Brand Manager level within a leading FMCG organisation
  • Strong end‑to‑end (360) brand management experience, with a track record of delivering results in a local market
  • Highly commercial and analytical, comfortable building and presenting clear, data‑driven business cases
  • A strategic marketer with an instinctive understanding of consumers and a passion for insight‑led decision making
  • A proactive, agile self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A collaborative leader who brings out the best in others and thrives in cross‑functional teams
