As Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead the growth of our International Sweet Treats portfolio across key global markets, driving innovation, brand building and commercial delivery. You'll act as the link between UK brand teams and international markets, bringing insight to life and ensuring plans deliver real commercial impact.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of international product launches - from innovation to activation and performance tracking
  • Develop and evolve brand toolkits and assets for global markets
  • Partner with shopper and media teams to deliver engaging, insight-led brand campaigns
  • Lead and develop an Assistant Brand Manager
  • Experience within FMCG brand marketing, ideally in a complex or large organisation
  • Curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking when identifying growth opportunities
